病史 Patient History

男性、60岁。下肢动脉病变CT随访。

A man in his 60s was referred to CT for follow-up of lower limb arteriopathy.

Revolution CT采集参数

• 螺旋扫描模式

• 螺距0.984:1

• 扫描范围1210mm

• 智能kV及智能mA以确保与患者体型相适应的射线剂量：100kV、噪声指数26

• 体重指数BMI：22

• 应用ASiR-V 进一步降低剂量

• 球管转速1s/rot

• DLP 226 mGy*cm

• 2 mSv

结论

该病历显示：对于严重的动脉疾患，高空间分辨率检查使诊断更具信心。ASiR-V技术明显的降低了射线剂量，在得到高图像质量的前提下，全下肢检查DLP仅为226mGy*cm。（图1）。

This exam demonstrates the need of high spatial resolution for a confident diagnosis in severe arteriopathy cases. The significant dose reduction capabilities of ASiR-V allowed us to get this high image quality atonly 226 mGy*cm.
