Conclusive Triple-rule-out Study Without Compromise

病史 Patient History

女性、50岁。阵发性胸痛1月，合并左室肥厚。血管迷走神经负荷后，进行胸痛三联检查。

A woman in her 50s, complaining of paroxysmal chest painfor one month and presenting with left ventricular hypertrophy, was referred to CT for triple-rule-out after a vasovagal episode related to stress.

Revolution CT采集参数

心电门控下轴扫（图1）

• 智能覆盖技术，根据需要的扫描部位及范围，自动选择特定的准直宽度

• 扫描范围240mm

• 智能kV及智能mA以确保与患者体型相适应的射线剂量：80kV、295-320mA、噪声指数30

• 体重指数BMI：17

• 应用ASiR-V进一步降低剂量

• 球管转速0.28s/rot

• 心率：56-69 BPM

• DLP 36 mGy*cm

• 0.5 mSv

结论

由于拥有160mm的探测器宽度，胸痛三联检查仅使用2个轴扫即可很好的观察肺动脉、胸主动脉以及无运动伪影的冠状动脉。使用新一代的迭代重建ASiR-V，只用0.5 mSv的射线剂量便得到很好的图像质量。（图2）。

Thanks to the 160 mm coverage, this exam was performedwith two axial volumes for optimal visualization of pulmonary arteries,thoracic aorta and motion free coronaries. The new generation of iterativereconstruction ASiR-V delivers diagnostic image quality at half a milliSievert.
